Northbridge Sees 11 Property Transfers in September, But Pricing Data Lags for Most
Eleven properties recorded transfers in Northbridge between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only one, a $125,000 sale on Lea Avenue, has a recorded price so far; the rest are still awaiting registry pricing data, which typically posts within about a week of recording. Several sellers in this batch were banks or credit unions, including Santander Bank, Camden National Bank and Digital Federal Credit Union, and one transaction involved a family trust. No street had more than one sale, and no beds, baths or square footage are available from deed records. With most pricing still pending, this period's data shows steady transaction volume but an incomplete picture of actual sale values.
