Northbridge August Property Transfers Dominated by Lender-Side Recordings, Limited Price Disclosure
Nine deeds were recorded in Northbridge, Massachusetts, between July 31 and Aug. 29, 2026, but only three of those transfers disclosed a sale price. Among the priced sales, figures ranged from $25,000 to $375,000 with a median of $100,000; however, all three disclosed-price buyers are financial institutions or mortgage entities rather than conventional homebuyers, limiting the usefulness of those figures as residential market benchmarks. The period's highest recorded consideration was $375,000 for 298 Providence Rd, sold by Couture Homes LLC. Heritage Drive was the most active street, with three recorded transfers. The overall dataset does not provide enough conventional sale data to characterize current market conditions in Northbridge with confidence.
