Those two ranged from $326,090 to $450,000, with a median of $388,045. The period's top recorded sale was a $450,000 property sold by Daniel Haines to UniBank for Savings; the address was not specified in the deed. Four of the seven deeds involved a bank or credit union as buyer or seller, and one involved a revocable trust. With five of seven prices not yet recorded, the data does not support characterizing the market as active or quiet this period.
