Two of 12 Northbridge Deeds Recorded in August Disclose a Sale Price
Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 12 property transfers in Northbridge between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only two disclosed a sale price: $265,156 and $430,000, for a median of $347,578 among those two. The month's top disclosed sale was 128 Linwood Ave. at $430,000, sold by Eyiogbe LLC to GCCG Lending LLC. Providence Road saw two separate transfers. Half of the 12 deeds named a bank, loan servicer or mortgage-registration entity as a party, and two involved an individual transferring property into a trust bearing their own name. With price data missing from 10 of 12 filings, the dataset does not support broader conclusions about market direction this period.
