Northbridge home sale prices mostly absent from September deed data
Northbridge recorded 10 property deed transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only one carried a sale price by the reporting deadline: a $270,000 transaction recorded Aug. 24, sold by Tarik Absar and Fatima Ezzahra Mokhtari to MassMutual Federal Credit Union. The other nine sales, spanning streets including High Street, Fairway Drive and North Main Street, have prices that have not yet reached the registry, which is typical within about a week of recording. Several deeds involved banks or mortgage-related entities as buyer or seller. With pricing data available for just one transaction, the period's overall market tone cannot be characterized from this data alone.
