Northbridge Deed Filings Show 11 Transfers, No Sale Prices Disclosed in July
Eleven property transfers were recorded in Northbridge between July 3 and Aug. 1, but none of the deeds disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median can be reported this period. Two transactions named both a seller and buyer: 566 School St. (Michael Kugler to GoodLeap LLC) and 32 Evergreen Circle (Craig D. Hay to New England Water Heater Co. Inc.). The remaining nine transfers listed a seller but no buyer. Transfers were spread across 10 different streets with no repeats, and several listed mortgage companies, a bank or family trustees as parties. The data does not support a read on market tone this period.
