NORTHBRIDGE — Planning Board continues Fox Hollow subdivision public hearing to February 24. The 77-acre residential development proposed by Eastland Partners and Turning Point Engineering at 234 Tessier Lane would include 62 lots and 124 units on a privately owned road. The Zoning Board of Appeals has authorized up to 68 lots or 136 units.
Residents raised concerns about blasting, drainage, traffic mitigation on South Tessier Lane, light spillage affecting Heather Hill, and project timeline. Written responses from the applicant and Board discussion of erosion control and waivers are scheduled for the continued hearing.
