NORTHBRIDGE — Planning Board continues Fox Hollow subdivision hearing to March 24. Developer Jim Bernardino of Turning Point Engineering presented eight waiver requests and a three to four year phased development plan for 234 Tessier Lane and Fowler Road, with Planning Director R. Gary Bechtholdt II noting coordination needed with Conservation on curbing and suggesting removal of the grass strip along Tessier Lane.
Residents Steven and Deborah Sinatra and Steven Edge raised questions about stormwater management and road conditions; Bechtholdt said the Board's hired consultants would be available at the March 24 meeting to answer additional questions. The Board voted 4-0 to continue the public hearing and noted a vacancy for an Associate Member position with two interested candidates.
