NORTHBRIDGE — Planning Board approves Senior Center site plan with conditions at 44 Cross Street. The 12,635-square-foot building on 2.71 acres includes 60 parking spaces and stormwater improvements; Chair Rebecca Rushford, Vice Chair James Berkowitz, and members Alyssa Oyola, Mike Baker, and Matthew Kalinowski voted 4-0-1 (Baker abstaining). The board also voted 5-0 to engage Graves Engineering for the 19-lot Residences at Linwood Pond flexible development on Fletcher Street and continued that hearing to May 12 at 7:35 PM.
Fox Hollow Definitive Subdivision continues May 12 at 8:00 PM.
