Planning Board approves Fox Hollow subdivision waivers with one dissent on curbing.

Planning Board · Meeting of March 24, 2026

Northbridge Planning Board greenlights eight waivers for Fox Hollow Definitive Subdivision. Chair Rebecca Rushford presided with members Berkowitz, Baker, and Kalinowski present as the board voted to approve drainage, roadway, sidewalk, and grading waivers; Kalinowski alone opposed the bituminous curbing waiver on safety grounds. Engineers Jeffrey Walsh and Kirsten Braun reviewed technical reports while residents including Patricia Marquis, Linda Steele, and Barbara Szymanowska raised concerns about landscape screening, water runoff, and well impacts, the applicant committing to a landscape plan and the town to extend water service along Fowler Road.

The public hearing was continued to April 14 at 8:00 PM. The board also voted 3-0 to engage Graves Engineering for the Northbridge Senior Center Site Plan Review.
