Planning Board approves ANR endorsement, schedules Fox Hollow subdivision hearing.

Northbridge Planning Board unanimously endorses ANR consolidation of parking under J&S Motors at Church Street and East Street. Chair Rebecca Rushford, with members Mike Baker and Matthew Kalinowski present, also voted unanimously to nominate Kalinowski as Planning Board representative to the newly established Open Space & Recreation Plan Implementation Committee. The Board announced that the delayed Fox Hollow Definitive Subdivision public hearing--originally scheduled for January 27 but postponed due to a quorum issue--will open February 10 at 7:05 PM at 234 Tessier Lane and Fowler Road, with residents raising concerns about blasting, drainage, traffic mitigation, waterline condition, buffering, light trespass, and project phasing.
Planning Director R. Gary Bechtholdt II reported submission of a CPA application for Habitat for Humanity single-family or duplex housing on Quaker Street.
