Northbridge Retirement Board unanimously approves membership for four employees while denying two others. The Board voted 4-0 to grant retirement fund membership to Jeremy Gendron, Sutapa Ghosh, Colin Plant, and Miles Shastri, and rejected applications from Alice Hubert and Tracy Van Schouwen for failure to meet the 28-hour minimum work week. The Board also approved a $17,993.62 withdrawal for former Maintenance Mechanic Donald Bentley and a $64,501.42 rollover for former Police Officer Ryan Levesque, and unanimously approved changing the Board Administrator's title to Executive Director.
Discussion of an Executive Director wage adjustment will occur at the March meeting following board review of a 2025 salary survey from smaller Massachusetts retirement offices.
