Northbridge Land/Trail Stewardship Committee plans June 7 family event at Castle Hill Farm with rain date June 14. David Pickart reported most trails inaccessible due to snow and ice, with maintenance reassessment pending spring conditions. Becky Rushford detailed Planning Board and Conservation Commission efforts to protect Fox Hollow subdivision open space in perpetuity under Town and Conservation Commission custody; the developer committed to a parking area and accepted a potential easement to connect the Fire Station with the open space.
The committee tabled selection of a representative to the newly-created Open Space & Recreation Plan Implementation Committee until the next meeting.
