NORTHBRIDGE — The Land/Trail Stewardship Committee finalized plans for its June 7 Castle Hill Day event (10 a.m. to 2 p.m., rain date June 14). Becky Rushford will coordinate food and facilities; David Pickart will handle musician booking and sticker design; Mary Sughrue-Yacina will lead a bird hike, organize a raffle, and coordinate painted rocks. Sughrue-Yacina was named the committee's representative to the Open Space and Recreation Plan Implementation Committee.
The group also plans women-only hikes on conservation properties and requested the town's social media intern to promote the event.
