NORTHBRIDGE — Conservation Commission continues hearing on 62-lot Fowler Road subdivision. J. Bernardino of Turning Point Engineering provided verbal responses to 16 comments from the Commission's review letter and state DEP feedback on the proposal, which requires work in wetland resource areas and buffer zones.
Commissioners voted 4-0 to continue the public hearing to February 4. The Commission also voted unanimously to issue an emergency certificate for a beaver trap on Commerce Drive and approved three prior meeting minutes. Conservation Agent David Pickart announced his retirement for February 2027 after 10.5 years with the town.
