Conservation Commission approves two wetland compliance certificates.

NORTHBRIDGE — Conservation Commission issues compliance certificates at 239 Douglas Road. The commission voted unanimously to issue a full Certificate of Compliance for DEP #248-679 and a partial Certificate for DEP #248-714, both addressing wetland replication work that has been completed or is nearing success standards. Conservation Agent David Pickart noted the full Certificate closes out a previously open Order, while the partial Certificate requires a full growing season to verify standards before final issuance.
In other business, commissioners unanimously continued a public hearing on a proposed 62-lot residential subdivision off Fowler Road and 234 Tessier Lane to March 4, 2026, and designated J. Arbuckle as the commission's representative to the Open Space and Recreation Plan Implementation Committee.
