Conservation Commission approves two stream and pool project exemptions

Conservation Commission · Meeting of May 20, 2026

NORTHBRIDGE — Conservation Commission unanimously approves two RDA exemptions and issues violation fine. The Commission voted 6-0 on May 20 to clear temporary stream-crossing work at 0 Erica Drive for applicant Sturbridge Warren, LLC, and above-ground pool installation at 653 Marston Road for Tyler Goulding, with the latter sited approximately 30 feet from a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. Chair Justine Carroll's panel directed Conservation Agent David Pickart to prepare a formal letter to the Planning Board outlining wetland concerns tied to a proposed 62-lot subdivision at Fletcher Street and an alternative access route.

A $300 fine was assessed for an unauthorized shed built within the 50-foot no-build zone at 46 Glen Drive, pending payment before Certificate of Compliance issuance.
