NORTHBRIDGE — Community Preservation Committee approves updated preservation plan and Fletcher House inspection work. The committee voted unanimously under Chair Glenn King to adopt a revised Community Preservation Plan incorporating new member names and updated fiscal year references, and to authorize additional work to remove and reinstall clapboards for sill inspection at the Col. James Fletcher House.
The committee also advanced discussions on a potential Habitat for Humanity community housing funding request for the May 2026 Spring Annual Town Meeting and reviewed bidding procedures for the Cross Street Tot Lot playground project, with Planning Director R. Gary Bechtholdt to verify compliance with Massachusetts procurement law.
