NORTHBRIDGE — Economic Development Committee convenes without quorum to advance Master Plan drafting. Only two of seven committee members attended the May 11 joint meeting with the Master Plan Steering Committee, which reviewed chapter assignments, priorities survey status, and the Town of Leicester's completed plan as a structural template. Emily Thibault, CMRPC consultant, set June 15, 2026 as the deadline for Steering Committee members and assigned Planning Board members to submit edits on their respective chapters; Michael Maughan-Brown said CMRPC will arrange professional copy-editing for consistency and grammar.

Planning Director Gary Bechtholdt will review all chapters and coordinate departmental feedback before the Planning Board adopts the plan.
