Building, Planning and Construction Committee OKs $7,400 fire station roof repair.

NORTHBRIDGE — Building, Planning and Construction Committee unanimously approves fire station roof repair. The committee voted to authorize Greenwood Industries to replace incorrect scuppers and repair the roof around a skylight for $7,400, addressing water-buildup issues at the station. Chairman Michael Beaudoin also presided over unanimous approval of two professional invoices: $11,737 to Vertex for project management and $103,645.20 to BH&A for design services.

The Senior Center schematic design advanced toward Planning Board submission March 13, with total project budget at $14,518,877 against $13 million previously appropriated and a planned $2 million warrant article, targeting construction start in fall 2026 and completion in spring 2028.
