BPCC approves $85.6M in design invoices for senior center and library projects.

Northbridge Building, Planning and Construction Committee unanimously approves $85,575.97 in invoices. The committee, chaired by Michael Beaudoin, signed off on $6,737 from Vertex for senior center project management and three library invoices totaling $78,838.97 from LeftField and Oudens Ello Architecture for design services through December 31, 2025. The Senior Center project advanced with geotechnical borings completed and schematic Option 2 selected for development; Newton and Needham senior center tours are scheduled for January 30.
The Whitinsville Social Library's MPLCP Level of Design submission was approved by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners, with the project remaining waitlisted pending local funding decisions. The 5-Year Capital Plan (2027-2031) was unanimously approved.
