Northbridge Board of Health unanimously approves $3,000 tick removal and education kit purchase. The Blackstone Valley Partnership for Public Health, representing nine municipalities, also funded up to five staff members to attend the MAPHN conference at $399 per registration and $194 per night for lodging, and approved purchase of up to one desk scanner per town at $350 per unit, all contingent on state Department of Public Health approval. Staff reported ongoing food inspections, expanded homelessness outreach, and new maternal health program development in Upton through the state's Welcome Family Program.
