NORTHBRIDGE — Blackstone Valley Partnership for Public Health approves strategic plan at March meeting. Jack Sullivan's motion for the BME-presented plan passed unanimously, with Colleen Strapponi seconding. Sullivan also reported school survey data showing increased immunization exemptions and fallback rates, and flagged pending legislation on gas station substances including kratom and 7-OH.
Danielle Lemar noted expanded food inspections and strong social media metrics, 154 Facebook followers and over 2,000 views of the Northbridge food source calendar. Jenna Goin updated community office hours and completed SHINE training for Medicare counseling. Upton is launching a maternal health program under the state's Welcome Family Program.
